Principal Engineering Geologist - Diverse Projects - East Anglia

As a leading player in the Site and Ground investigation service in their region, they take pride in a diverse range of projects. Long-term contracts with Anglian and Yorkshire Water, infrastructure development, housing projects, and commercial ventures are to name a few. This encompasses drainage testing, pumping stations, powerline maintenance from offshore wind farms for example.


Responsibilities:
As the Principal Geo-Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key Geotechnical projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Liaising with clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Overseeing tendering and contract management.
  • Conducting fieldwork and analysis.
  • Preparing interpretative reports.
  • Managing junior staff and fostering their growth.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Ground Investigation and consultation including management roles
  • Preferably chartered or actively working towards chartership
  • A full UK driving license and right to work.
