Senior Night Support Worker

We have a vacancy for a part time Senior Night Support Worker to join our team at Bishopbridge House, 30-bed direct access hostel. The hostel aims to provide an effective life skills and resettlement service for single homeless people.

The job holder will work alongside another Senior Support Worker to ensure the safety and welfare of residents in the Direct Access Hostel at night.

We are looking for:

• Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
• Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance.
• Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders.
• Ability and willingness to be flexible and work unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Shift pattern is Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Night - 28.5hrs per week.
