As the no.1 Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various teams to ensure the project meets deadlines without compromising safety and quality.
Experience working within the Residential sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site activities, enforcing project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work meets required standards and stays within budget.
- Optimize productivity and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and senior management.
- Identify and address potential risks to project delivery, creating and applying mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
