Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor ( Outside of IR35)

PSR Solutions is working with a main contractor to recruit a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is to work on a Civils infrastructure project in Norfolk. The role will be outside of IR35 subject to assessment. Scope to work from home one day a week.

Duties Include:

• Mixture of project based and remote working tasks. T
• Procurement of sub-contract packages. Utilising your knowledge of relevant terms and conditions
• Agreement of the valuation of variations
• Checking of sub-contractors interim and final account applications and preparation of associated payments
• Cost value reconciliations
• Effective communication with the project team

Highways experience required.
