My clients a well established Norwich Estate Agents are looking for highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in sales to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for people with good sales experience.
The successful candidate will learn all aspects of estate agency with ongoing training and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Arranging and conducting viewings
* Prospecting for new business
* Sales negotiations
* Incoming and outgoing calls
* Arranging solicitor and mortgage referrals
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
* Good people skills both on the phone and face to face
* Confident
* Hard Working
* Pro active making outbound calls
* Confident personality
* Strong Communication Skills
* Self Motivated
* Target Driven
* Proven Sales Experience
