My client who is a well-respected and successful property company in Norwich is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their thriving team. The role will include overseeing and managing their large portfolio.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 6:00 pmEvery other Saturday.Our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:

Property Manager requirements:

Previous Property Management experience is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skillsTarget-driven and ambitiousAble to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.Able to comfortably talk to people and answer on-the-spot questions, face-to-face or over the phone.Willing to learn and develop in their role.Great negotiation skillsPositiveProactive

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

The Property Manager's duties will include, but are not limited to:

Liaising with Landlords, Contractors & TenantsDealing with Rent ArrearsOrganise Maintenance & RepairsKey ManagementEnd of Tenancy Deposit DisputesPlan student changeover with the senior management teamCheck out reports, inventories & mid-term inspections.Arrange Move-ins.Arranging Safety Certs and remedial works
