Are you passionate about dogs and helping others achieve their dreams of becoming certified dog trainers? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a Receptionist / Administrator. 

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to join our growing business located in Broadland Business Park. This role is the face of our company, handling reception and front desk duties.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Receiving inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and handling queries.
  • Performing general office administration tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Handling postal duties, including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring they are directed to the correct recipients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using email and phone systems.
  • A welcoming and professional demeanour.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
