Your new company


You will be working for a national company that assists people in their mental health recovery worker journey. While showing exceptional support to their service users, they also prioritise their employee's wellbeing through a number of incentives. This company is very forward-thinking in their approach to the whole mental health sector.


Your new role


As a mental health recovery worker, with a housing focus, you will support individuals in their mental health recovery journey and help to support them in finding accomodation and rebuilding their lives.
This is not a home care role, you are not required to undertake any personal care. Your job is to encourage independence for the people you support, with the hope that those you support can be returned to a better mental state of health and can eventually be discharged from the service.

This is a varied role that covers all aspects of the mental health sector including depression, personality disorders and substance misuse.

Your hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed


You will have some housing experience/knowledge and be passionate about helping people to improve their lives.
You will have a valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
