Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic Fostering Agency
salary between £35,000 to £39,727 per annum, depending on experience
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation and an Outstanding Ofsted rating, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. The role is in the East of England area.
The Supervising Social Worker will join a therapeutic fostering agency. They are providing ongoing therapeutic training and support to get access to the DDP qualification. This means you will have opportunity to enhance your skills within therapeutic fostering.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located around the Norfolk and Suffolk area.
In this role, you will be involved in the recruitment, assessment and supervision of the foster families.
You will have a hybrid role, so you can do some of the work from home and some from their office in Norwich.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
