We are recruiting for dedicated and committed Teaching Assistants to work flexibly for us with our clients based in Norwich.
We supply our clients with temporary Teaching Assistants to work alongside the educational team within a school for SEN and SEMH Children.
THE ROLE
- To support Teachers within all classroom duties.
- To support children on a 1:1 basis
- Communicate affectively with Teachers and develop professional relationships with colleagues
- Communicate effectively with pupils and promote good progress and outcomes
- Record and report on learning needs, progress and achievements
- Supporting midday staff at lunch times and all playtime activities
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Experience of working with children or Young adults with SEN/ SEMH
- Knowledge of affective behaviour management strategies
- The ability to adapt learning techniques on an individual basis
- Must be resilient and also compassionate
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable
- Transport Desirable but not essential
- Online DBS Desirable but not essential
