Role Overview:

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Main Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care including triage and administrative tasks associated with the role of an ANP.

- Demonstrate effective communication, clinical assessment, IT skills, and holistic patient care.

- Conduct face-to-face or telephone consultations, ensuring safe clinical decision-making and expert care within general practice.

Requirements:

- Registered first-level nurse with relevant nursing/health degree/MA

- Clinical supervision and non-medical prescribing qualifications

- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in primary and community nursing

- Leadership experience in quality initiatives, audit, and compiling clinical guidelines

- Advanced clinical practice skills and knowledge of local and national health policies
