CAP Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded multidisciplinary engineering and architectural practice, currently looking to expand its talented design team with the addition of an Architectural Technologist based in their Nottingham office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering complex and meaningful projects within the defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation sectors.

About the Role

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of technical packages across a range of secure, high-value projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and provide architectural design solutions from concept to completion, predominantly working across RIBA stages 3-5.

This role involves managing internal and external consultants, ensuring quality control, technical excellence, and compliance with industry and government regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Architectural Technology.
  • MCIAT or working towards chartership.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and technical design standards.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Experience in the defence sector is desirable but not essential.

Additional Requirements

Due to the nature of the projects, security clearance will be required. Applicants must be willing and eligible to undergo security vetting processes including BPSS, CTC, SC or DV, as applicable.
