Clear Line Maintenance are looking for Fixers in Nottingham- NG1 area to join our long term project with a start date from the 28th of May 2024.

Who is Clear Line Maintenance:We are a leading Principal Contractor, specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

The successful candidates will have rainscreen cladding or curtain wall experience.

Location:North Church Street, NG1 4AF, Nottingham

Job Type:Full time, Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, weekly pay

Salary:£20 per hour depending on experience

Length:12 months

Requirements:

• Previous rainscreen cladding/ curtain walling experience desirable
• Health and safety knowledge
• CSCS-essential ( we would consider a Green CSCS card)
• Must work well in a team environment
• IPAF & PASMA -Preferable
• Must own battery operated tools
• Need to be able to read the drawing and work at high
• You should already be self-employed, have UTR & CIS registered
