Responsibilities:- Inputting financial entries into accounts database (Access Legal Fusion) and maintaining ledgers.- Month-end and year-end duties, including report building and distribution, VAT returns, and other HMRC submissions.- Reconciliation of bank statements and supplier accounts, with housekeeping for office credit and debtor balances.- Processing electronic and cheque payments.- Occasional attendance on clients, directors, and third parties (e.g., banks).- E-filing.

Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent time-management skills.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.- Effective communication and daily workload planning.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules and VAT principles.- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Foxit PDF Editor (preferred).
