About the Company: Our client, a prominent organisation located in the heart of Nottingham, is seeking a skilled IT Business Change Lead to join their team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive transformative change across the business through the implementation of cutting-edge IT systems, CRM developments, and AI technologies.

The Role: As the IT Business Change Lead, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of four professionals, leading the strategic planning and execution of IT change initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning technology advancements with business goals, ensuring seamless transitions and optimised operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT change management strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Spearhead CRM system developments to enhance customer relationship management and drive efficiency.
  • Lead the integration and rollout of AI technologies across the business, improving operational processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, managing budgets and time lines effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT changes.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the change process, providing updates to all relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading IT change initiatives, preferably within a business environment.
  • Proven track record of leading change programmes, managing stakeholders and setting clear expectations.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications in change management and/or project management (e.g., PROSCI, PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
