Head Chef

Park Plaza Nottingham is currently on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and organised Head Chef to take charge of our Kitchen.

As our Head Chef you will look after our multi award winning Pan - Asian Restaurant Chino Latino, Rooms Service and Meeting & Events. We are looking for someone who will lead from the front and set the example for the team while delivering a memorable experience for all our guest's.

• You are empowering: you are proactive in developing yourself and supporting others to learn and grow. You understand that encouraging personal accountability is key to your team realising their potential.

As our Head Chef, you will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service!
