- Salary £42,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonus
- 180 bedrooms – conference facilities – relaxed brasserie – bar
- Full time brigade of 10 Chefs
- 33 days holiday per year
- 40 hours per week

- This is not part of a hotel chain so there is no head office so more freedom
