SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Head Of Marketing to join the management team of one of their key clients based in Nottingham. This is a new role for the business and will be a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £45k per annum, great benefits and a clear growth plan.

As Head of Marketing for our client's business this role is broad and partners closely with directors across the business.

The successful candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of all things Marketing. You must be self-motivated, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and have the ability to assist the growth of an already successful business. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the company brand presence, attract new clients, and foster lasting relationships with existing clients. Your exceptional leadership, innovative thinking, and in-depth understanding of marketing trends will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and positioning the company as a leading player in the industry.

Typical duties will include:
- Defining and implementing processes to monitor and analyse the performance of paid marketing campaigns
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement a results-driven marketing plan aligned with the overall business objectives. Identify target markets, key customer segments, and
competitive positioning strategies to maximize our market share.
- Brand Management: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing collateral, online platforms, and promotional activities.
- Creation and development of a marketing strategy that derives from the business Strategic Development Plan;
- Articulation and management of the brand, acting as a brand custodian and ensuring that it is in keeping with the business vision and aims;
- Ensure that all staff are fully informed of the objectives of the Marketing Department and are equipped to act as effective ambassadors for the business
- Responsibility for the design and production of the marketing communication material and publications, including digital marketing;
- Management of the advertising campaigns across a wide range of media, monitoring and responding to key market trends and media opportunities; utilising digital methods of advertising
- Recommending and implementing tactical promotions and directing mail and digital campaigns, where appropriate.
- Management of the social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, LinkedIn and YouTube;
- Management of communications with national and local press;
- Development and maintenance of the website and digital newsletters;
- Conducting or commissioning market research to ensure that the business continues to develop in line with the expectations of its stakeholders;
- Managing the relationship with its external marketing agencies and consultants, ensuring value for money and good working relationships;
- Managing Marketing events, both organising internal events and representing the business at external events;

Salary; £43,000 - £45,000
Working Hours; 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM or 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM (This is a full time office based role!)
