Description

  • Support the development and execution of the product marketing strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across all relevant channels (Branches, Digital and Intermediaries)
  • Support the product/proposition-led activation of the rebrand.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product marketing plans for lending and/or savings that help to deliver against agreed business priorities for example:
    • Define customer value propositions for target audience.
    • Define target market segments and buyer personas.
    • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and support on-going product and campaign management.
    • Plan and deliver product marketing campaigns end to end across multiple channels (B2B & B2C), including digital, social, PR, events, email and branch network, liaising with third parties and agencies as appropriate.
    • Provide expert consultancy where appropriate to advise the business on alternative communications activities where it will deliver best results of cost efficiencies.

Ensure consistent messages across all marketing channels and materials with a clear integrated communication strategy

Profile

  • Ability to think strategically and develop long and short-term product marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Understanding of market dynamics for savings and mortgages, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and the latest marketing trends to influence marketing planning.
  • Strong experience of managing campaigns across all channels, particularly digital and social channels with demonstrable track record of delivering results and ROI
  • Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to inform decision making.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to collaborate cross functionally at levels
