Senior Customer Service Executive - Annesley, Nottinghamshire - £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits
This role is working for a growing mid-size business, within a supporting team, where you will build on and maintain excellent client relationships with a number of clients, ensuring they receive excellent customer service and delivery. You will understand your clients and what drives them, and ensure the services delivered meet and exceed expectations. You will also be strong on Excel and produce Management Information detailing profitability, revenue and costs for each client, having the insight to increase value and drive efficiencies for each client account. This role will suit an excellent communicator who is good with people and can perform and deliver to a high level. You will also engage and support internal stakeholders across the business to ensure client delivery.
Key Areas of the Role:
- Building strong client relationships and internal stakeholder relationships
- Delivering exceptional service to your clients ensuring their needs are met and supporting revenue and profit growth, as well as efficiencies and strong delivery
- Gaining an understanding of your clients and their needs, and tailoring services provided
- Strong Excel work including managing multiple spreadsheets and data management.
- Producing and analysing Management Information reports
- Organisation and efficient administration
- Exceptional communication skills
