Job Description

Boden Group have an opportunity for a Contract/Operations Manager working for a large Facilities Management Company, the role shall be based at a high-profile site in Nottingham (Beeston). The ideal candidate will have experience managing a hard FM contract.

Responsible for the management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures.
To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operation meetings.
Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are reported to Senior Management.

Experience

Knowledge of Facilities Management
Experience in the Building Services industry.
Completed recognised formal Electrical or Mechanical training to at least city and Guilds level
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
