Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £36,000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you a time served Maintenance Electrician looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you want to work for a global Facilities Management company who offer career development and training?

Randstad Solutions are working with a well-established Facilities Management organisation who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their growing team. This is a full time, permanent and mobile role, based in and around the Nottingham area.

Main duties include:

Planned and reactive maintenance on all aspects of commercial electrics.
To be able to follow a schedule within agreed timescales.
Complete all work related paperwork.
Prioritise maintenance tasks.
To identify faults in electrical equipment and recommend resolutions.
Comply with relevant health and safety legislation.
To carry out surveys and reports.
To respond promptly to service call requests given by the helpdesk.
To assist other colleagues in other areas when required.
To participate in a 1 in 4 call out rota.

The ideal candidate must have:

18th edition
NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills
