To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, ideally in a national scale business
- Excellent diary and email management skills, with a proactive approach to prioritisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently
- A polished, professional manner and commitment to discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to continuously improve processes
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Managing a complex diary, including scheduling meetings and preparing relevant documents
- Acting as a key liaison between the Senior Operational team and internal/external contacts
- Managing and monitoring the inbox, drafting responses or actioning emails where appropriate
- Organising travel, hotel bookings, and meeting logistics
- Preparing agendas, board packs, and taking accurate minutes during senior-level meetings
- Coordinating and supporting internal projects and initiatives
- Recording and submitting expenses
- Attending meetings or providing updates and follow-ups in the absence of senior
- Supporting event planning, small and large scale
Salary & Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm with some flexibility/hybrid options
- Salary is up to £50,000per annum Â
- 25 days holiday
