Joinery Estimator

Joinery Estimator -  Nottingham

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Joinery Estimator, as a Joinery Estimator you will be an integral part of the pre construction team.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Review and analyze historical data to make informed decisions on cost factors and pricing strategies
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project, making adjustments as necessary

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as an estimator in the joinery industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• IT skills
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications: 

• SMSTS
• CSCS CARD
• First Aid at Work
