Salary: £22,500 Basic - £35,000- £40,000 OTE (£32,500 guarantee first 6 months)

Days/ Times: Monday- Friday- 8:45- 18:00 / 1 in 4 Saturdays- 9:00- 15:00

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play an important role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.

  • Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
  • Viewings: Conduct property viewings, effectively communicating the property's value and addressing any inquiries from potential buyers.

Qualifications & Experience:
