Role: Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Nottingham – Projects across the UK

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + car or car allowance

Sector: Risk Management consultancy

WRG are supporting a risk management organisation that operates across the UK. The business has grown significantly in the last few years and now boasts a headcount of 150 fire and compliance professionals, they operate across 5 offices and deliver a range of consultancy services to clients in the residential, healthcare, care home, education, retail, FM, and warehousing sectors.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to oversee their portfolio of projects from Devon to Scotland and ensure that each client is compliant with relevant H&S legislation. You will be working alongside the Technical Director who will offer support and guidance within the role to ensure success.

The role would suit someone who is familiar with managing their own diary and clients along with delivering a range of H&S services to a diverse range of projects (risk assessments, surveys, audits, accident investigations, site inspections etc.).

Responsibilities:

·Deliver various H&S services to ensure compliance on clients projects.

·Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place.

·Offer advice around safety & undertake surveys and accident investigations.

·Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.

·Liaise with various stakeholders (HSE, end users, client) and keep them informed of changes regarding safety.

Requirements:

·NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).

·NEBOSH Fire Certificate (or equivalent).

·Good understanding of H&S & fire safety legislation.

·Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·Full UK driving license.
