Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Hockley Arts Club. Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the entire team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued
- Work collaboratively with your team and head office departments to ensure our products and services are of the highest standard
- Coordinate and execute engaging events and promotions to attract and retain customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting
