Purple Mango Education have the pleasure of working with an outstading group of Nurseries in Nottingham who are searching for their next Manager for one of their standout settings.

Every one of their nurseries has its own personality, but they all share the same values — care, curiosity, and a real love for early years. 

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager, or somebody who is looking for thier next step up into a leadership role, to lead a friendly and welcoming nursery in the Nottingham area. You’ll be responsible for making sure children receive high-quality care and education every day, while supporting and inspiring your team to be their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team

  • Build strong relationships with families and outside agencies

  • Make sure the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted standards

  • Create a safe, fun, and inspiring place for children to learn and grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years

  • Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

  • Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths – or willingness to achieve this within two years

  • A positive, hands-on attitude and a genuine love for early years
