A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a fast growing and well-renowned school.

The school are looking for a Chief People Officer to manage the entire recruitment process. Duties include managing and overseeing the strategic direction of the school, as well as driving positive business change.

This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Create and design plans that will foster a positive environment across the business
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on the organisational development, as well as driving business change
  • Manage HR services ensuring high quality, cost effective and efficient delivery
  • Assist with planning the reward strategy in order to keep the company competitive in a busy industry
  • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion through various strategic programs

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and designing an organisations strategy
  • Senior level leadership and engagement across a multi-site organisation
  • Foster positive employee relations among the business, including with external stakeholders
  • Must have a degree
  • Ability to collaborate with members of the business at all levels, reflecting interpersonal skills.
