- Bramah HR Recruitment is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join a dynamic organization in Nottinghamshire, covering multiple sites.
- This fast-paced generalist role focuses on managing employee relations and requires a minimum of CIPD level 5 qualification and experience in handling high volumes of case work.
- The ideal candidate will be a people person, capable of building professional relationships quickly and willing to travel to various sites as needed.
- Key responsibilities include managing sickness and absence case work, guiding managers on best HR practices, and providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- To manage high volumes of sickness and absence case work ensuring effective strategies are in place to aim to reduce the volume of reoccurring cases.
- To manage general ER case work again guiding managers on best practice HR.
- To provide administrative HR support during the entire employee lifecycle ensuring accuracy and compliance of data. Â
- To guide and mentor managers across the business on compliant HR processes ensuring best practice HR is administered whilst also providing timely advice and supporting documentation.Â
- To support the HR Business Partners on ad hoc project work across the HR function.
- To guide managers on the safer recruitment processes.
- To assist in compiling HR reports for senior leadership.Â
- To travel to the different sites within the jurisdiction of this regional role when an HR presence is required for ER case work, HR meetings or projects.Â
Skills:Â
- CIPD level 5 as a minimum requirement.Â
- Ability to manager high volume ER casework.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships to ensure positive outcomes from an HR perspective.Â
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.Â
- Strong attention to detail.
- General positive and can do demeanour!
