Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Nottingham and Heanor
Salary: £35k - £40k (negotiable DOE)
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities of a Private Client Solicitor:
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients whilst ensuring their interests are effectively represented
- Accurate and efficient file management in all aspects, from consultation to case resolution.
- Managing a caseload of private client matters such as Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders and Probate.
- Conducting legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements of a Private Client Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
- Proven track record in handling Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
- Ability to work independently whilst demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to network effectively to develop and expand the private client department.
