Our esteemed client seeks an enthusiastic Trusts and Tax Solicitor to join their esteemed Private Client team. This full-time, permanent role offers flexibility in location.

Role Overview:

As a Trusts and Tax Solicitor, you'll report to department Partners, handling a caseload of trust settlements, administration, and specialized tax advice. You'll play a key role in driving team success, sourcing new opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Partners with trust settlements, administration, and tax advice.
  • Contribute to team success by managing caseloads, sourcing new opportunities, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Meet individual targets with minimal supervision.
  • Uphold quality procedures and management systems.
  • Deliver work efficiently and commercially.
  • Continuously develop technical and non-technical skills to meet client and firm needs.
  • Travel and out-of-hours work may be required for business development, meetings, and training.

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong legal skills in Private Client setting.
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in Private Client.
  • Experience managing trust settlements, administration, and providing tax advice.
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Track record in business development.
  • Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership and management experience preferred.

Personal Attributes:

  • Team player with a hands-on approach.
  • Organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomatic in client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Demonstrates integrity and congruence in all dealings.
