- Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange and completion letters
- Keeping task reports up to date daily
- To ensure that the case management system is kept in an orderly manner and up to date
- Dealing with completion of matters and preparing files for post completions
- Preparing files for exchange/completion
- Reviewing and dealing with additional enquiries
- Possess a a minimum of 12 months experience working as a paralegal in a Residential Conveyancing department
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Practical experience of dealing with client enquiries
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
