Facade Site Manager

One of the fastest growing facade contractors is looking for a facade site manager, for a new project in Nottingham.

The job is working alongside the main contractor on a 500 unit, 80m new build in Nottingham city centre. The project will consist of multiple RC frame blocks and be a flagship development in Nottingham.

As a facade site manager you will be number two on site, managing the day to day runnings on site for the facade contractor while reporting into a project manager. The package is maybe up of stick curtain walling, punch hole windows, SFS and aluminium spandrels.

The contractor is becoming a great name within the industry, winning repeat work with clients while also bringing new clients on board. They have schemes across the UK and have a healthy pipeline of work.

To be considered for the facade site manager role you must have experience working with similar subcontractors on similar projects. We can consider a freelance or permanent contract for this position.
