Operations Manager main duties:
- Conduct site visits and complete assessments, surveys and create reports
- Planning of own day and teams works to ensure projects are completed on time
- Managing of labour, materials and engineering works to ensure projects are within budget
- Liaising with engineers and customers about works completed
- Improving current processes and introducing new ways to stream line operating procedures
Operations Manager qualifications/experience:
- Experience consulting with key clients and managing relationships
- Must be happy travelling nationally and conducting site visits
- Prior experience managing projects and teams is essential
- Ideally you will come from a fire or construction background
- Must be ambitious with a proven track record of leading a team
