The Role:Our client, a well established FM company, are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to work across a schools contract in the East and West Midlands. This is a mobile role covering 8 schools. Key Responsibilities:General plumbing maintenance works including plant roomsCarrying out Plumbing Services installation and repairs utilising a range of different systemsProblem solving and fault finding whilst providing site maintenance reports.Skills/Experience:NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalentExperience working in a similar roleSchools experience would be beneficial but not essentialOn offer is a competitive salary of up to £36k plus company van, fuel card and other company benefitsIf you are interested in this role and fit the criteria above, please apply online.
