Our client, a large business based in Nottingham but with a national presence, are looking to recruit a payroll administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract initially. There may be the potential for this to become a permanent role.

Description

Responsibilities will include;

    • Ensuring data is received in the right format and in time to complete the payroll to agreed deadlines.
    • Processing payrolls to include, but not limited to new starters, leavers, and tax documentation
    • Manually calculating payments outside of the payroll, ensuring deductions are in line with legislation
    • Processing all absence types, SMP, SPP, SSP
    • Processing and reconciling all third-party deductions
    • Issuing P45s
    • P11D's
    • Maintaining a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance

Profile

Someone with a minimum of 1 years experience in payroll admin, ideally with systems experience in SAP, Resourcelink or Workday, who can start as soon as possible and commit to a one year contract initially.

Job Offer

A basic salary of £30,000
