Your New CompanyHays Education are working with a number of schools and education settings across Nottinghamshire who are looking for passionate and enthusiastic classroom teaching assistants to join their teams.

Your New RoleDepending on experience, you will be working with children in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, or Colleges, supporting them in achieving their individual potential within the educational environment. You will be working 1:1, in small groups, or supporting full classes, assisting across a number of subject areas. You will have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time on assignments to fit around you.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have prior experience of working with children or young adults on a professional basis. You will be able to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with children and staff alike. You will be able to successfully manage a group of young people and have an adaptable approach to supporting each child. You must be confident, with the ability to hit the ground running.
