Job Profile
We are searching for a Sales Negotiator to excel in the world of Real Estate in Nottingham.In this dynamic role, you will prepare for property appointments, curate impeccable viewings, and skilfully negotiate sales and offer terms. Your interactions will primarily be with discerning vendors and buyers, where providing personalised updates and feedback is paramount, all while staying attuned to the ever-evolving trends in the property market.
Duties:
- Schedule property valuations and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct pre- and post-appointment follow-ups, including confirmation calls and gathering feedback.
- Lead property viewings in accordance with office policies and procedures.
- Register new applicants across various platforms.
- Send property alerts via ReapIT and HTML email campaigns.
- Order Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and ensure compliance with required regulations.
- Actively call through the database to generate new business leads.
- Create marketing materials and list new properties on the market.
- Update and rotate window displays and branch materials.
- Attend property valuations to increase market share.
Skills & Attributes:
- At least one year of sales experience.
- Hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to own vehicle.
- A natural selling ability.
- Works well within a fast-paced environment.
- Anatural flair for dealing with people & whom is always looks to provide the best customer service.
- Articulate with strong negotiation skills.
Hours of Work:
- Monday Friday
- 8.45am 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8.45 4pm
- Day in lieu when Saturday worked.
