Senior Quantity Surveyor

Bennett and Game are proud to represent an established and growing national firm of chartered surveyors and construction consultants, who are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a modern and growing national firm with career changing opportunities down the line.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has experience working for a consultancy at a senior level on residential projects. Employers' agent experience is also essential, as well as some experience managing a team. This opportunity offers hybrid working and a very attractive salary / package.

• Job Type: Permanent
• Job Location: Nottingham (hybrid working)
• Working Hours 36.5 - Monday to Friday
• Salary: Up to 65k with potential car allowance
• Start Date: ASAP

• Must have experience working at a senior level
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Nottingham
• Must have consultancy experience
• Must have Employers Agent experience
• MRICS is not essential but advantageous
• Good IT and Grammar
• Full UK drivers license

• Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 - possibly more for the right candidate
• Car Allowance can be discussed
• 25 days holiday plus BH
• 5% pension contribution
• 24hour GP
• Business Mileage for site visits
• 3x Salary Life Insurance
• Full Package to be discussed in detail at interview stage
