The role requires an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to undertake duties including:
- preparing files for exchange and completion
- obtaining Land Registry documents and arranging searches
- preparing draft contract packs
- dealing with completion and post-completion work
- liaising with both clients and estate agents on progress of matters, both by email and telephone
