Role Highlights:

  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process from initial inquiry to successful lease agreements.
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting the features and benefits of each property to potential tenants.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, provide information on available properties, rental terms, and application processes.
  • Assist in negotiating lease agreements, rental terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
  • Stay informed about the local rental market trends, property values, and competition to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the lettings department by actively seeking and attracting new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and dynamic approach to achieving personal and departmental targets.
  • Utilise your strong communication skills to liaise with landlords and tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a lettings or sales role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • A hunger for business development and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • Knowledge of lettings procedures, tenancy agreements, and relevant property laws.
  • A valid driver's license and access to transportation for property viewings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
