We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Property Administrator to join our client, an independent estate agency in the Nottingham area, known for consistently achieving astronomical results on a weekly basis.

Salary/Package for the successful Sales Property Administrator:

  • Up to £27,000 basic
  • First year earnings of £30,000
  • Ongoing training and support

Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Property Administrator:

  • Compile property details and upload them to online portals
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ID regulations
  • Assist in the administrative support of the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in the organization of marketing materials and property listings.

Requirements for the role of a Sales Property Administrator:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Property Administrator
  • Basic knowledge of the property industry and local area would be helpful
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
