Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of properties, overseeing emergency and standard repairs and managing section notices. This is an office-based position that requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle large volumes of work while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a large volume of properties within the Nottinghamshire area.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency repair requests, coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors as necessary.
  • Oversee standard repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Handle section notices and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and tenant communications using company’s state-of-the-art lettings software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing enquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management, working in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and management systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Full UK Driving license desirable but not essential.
