We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a local authority in the Nottinghamshire area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3 month contract, hybrid working, flexible working hours, the opportunity to be extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.

As the Compliance Officer you will be:
- Overseeing the big 6 of compliance
- Responsible for supporting with the monthly and weekly inspections of the properties and communal areas
- Ensure that all the service and inspection programmes are met in line with statutory compliance regulations
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience working with the big 6 of compliance
- Social housing / local authority experience
- Previous experience managing the remedial actions off the back of the fire and asbestos surveys
- Excel / Word competent
As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
- £25 - £27 per hour
- Hybrid working
- Flexible working hours

- The opportunity to be made permanent
