Cherry Professional are working with a company that are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join their team and contribute to the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials.
They have a reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation. You will have experience of working within a Coordination role, responsible forliaising with Engineers.
You will be in a frontline role,distributing breakdown jobsand processing service documentation.
-Coordinating a team of field based Engineers
- Taking incomingcalls from customers and suppliers
- Ensuring timely and efficient workflow ofpurchase orders
- Accurateinvoicing and collating job sheets
- Dealing withscheduling, bookings and cancellations
You will have experience of working in a very similar role, liaising with the likes of Engineers and coordinating their breakdown jobs. You will be able to liaise on a number of levels including phone and email.
Hours of work are between 8am and 5pm with 1 hour for lunch- fully office based. There is free parking on site
