EDI & Social Value Manager

Excellent opportunity to join a growing SME, looking to expand their EDI and Social value offerings both internally and to its client base.

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 basic + Car or Allowance

Role Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing Civil Engineering regional contractor, approaching £100m t/o and needing to expand their EDI and Social Values. Currently split between different departments, they need a focal point, someone to bring it together and take the lead moving forward.

Work with various internal stakeholders - HR, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Bidding etc… this role is about pulling together all the relevant data and information. Developing a unified EDI and Social value department, supporting the different business units and gathering the relevant data and information. Working with clients around the UK acting as the key stakeholder from a EDI & Social value aspect.

Looking at sharing knowledge, supporting the Bidding team around the company polices and implementation, and developing key partnerships around recruitment, graduate schemes and education in the local community. Although the polices are in place this role is about ensuring they are being implemented, taking ownership of the EDI and Social values and pushing best practice in the business.

This role needs someone to be office based 5 days a week while understanding the business, developing the stakeholder relationships.

Required Experience

  • Experienced in EDI or Social Values in an organisation be it HR, Marketing or a EDI / Social value manager.
  • Needs to be in Nottingham 5 days a week to begin with so you need to be living in the local region.
