Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to deeply understand their business needs and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our client and their customers, efficiently resolving any concerns or issues.

Service Planning and Implementation:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to craft detailed service delivery plans and strategies.
  • Ensure the meticulous execution of services, meeting both client needs and organizational goals.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, offering ongoing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate efforts across various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Set up and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance service delivery.
  • Regularly generate and present detailed reports on service performance and milestones to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential risks to service delivery, formulating effective mitigation strategies.
  • Create contingency plans to tackle unexpected issues that could affect service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in service delivery management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are mandatory.
  • Must pass a background DBS check.
  • Reliable means of transportation is required.
