Due to an upcoming relocation, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join one of our fastest growing teams in the Midlands as a People Manager, leading a top performing team whilst running one of the offices top billing desks, based in Nottingham. This is more than just a desk move, it is a chance to become part of an award-winning team, within a leadership role. You will continue to nurture high value relationships, placing in demand and highly skilled professionals across a large geography.

We are looking for a commercial astute individual who has demonstrable experience recruiting £50k+ roles. You'll lead on continuing to grow a competitive daybook, placing Civil Engineers and Construction Management Professionals, continuing the desks third year of consecutive growth.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above, as well as demonstrating a proven track record in business development and recruitment. You will be a highly driven, ambitious and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience. You will be passionate about achieving team and individual goals; supportive of the development of others; and enjoy working as part of a growing team.

Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with your colleagues, directors, candidates and clients alike as this will be vital to your own success and the success of the business.
