This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience within Customer Service.You will achieve this by:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with their customers
  • Serving as the first point of contact for their customers and visitors, providing courteous and professional assistance over the phone and in person.
  • Extending a warm welcome to all who enter the centres, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated.
  • Assist in the seamless organisation of the meeting rooms. Distribution of post, maintain accurate databases, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our centre.
